La estrategia de ganancia neta de biodiversidad de Paracel busca mejorar el estado de la biodiversidad en su área de influencia, en comparación con lo que habría ocurrido en este paisaje sin la presencia de la empresa.
Para lograr la Ganancia Neta en Biodiversidad, Paracel ha establecido aproximadamente 82.000 hectáreas de conservación, en un paisaje que se presenta en mosaico con la producción forestal.
