Migration processes and procedures will benefit not only Paracel's collaborators, but also members of contracting companies, subcontractors and suppliers linked to the pulp company.

The signing took place this Monday, April 29, at the office of the state institution, located at Caballero No. 201 esq. Eligio Ayala, in the city of Asunción. Representing the National Directorate of Migration was Jorge Kromawetter, National Director, while Latifi Chelala, Director of Communication and Social Sustainability and Marcos Kosman, Financial Director, were present on behalf of Paracel.

Paracel is carrying out a project to install and develop a pulp mill in the Department of Concepción. This factory will be supplied with wood from its own plantations and from allied companies and individuals.

The company is committed to contributing to the local development of the city of Concepción and to the socio-economic development of the region, guaranteeing respect for human rights, dignity, aspirations, culture and natural resources.

This agreement seeks to ensure compliance with migration regulations in the national territory and to provide services in a timely, transparent, complete and secure manner, respecting human rights and contributing to national security through the adoption of modern technology.
