Paracel presented the project to strengthen the infrastructure of the Paso Horqueta Municipal Beach in Concepción

The “Municipal Beach Tourism Infrastructure Project of the city of Paso Horqueta/Department of Concepción”, funded and coordinated by Paracel, was enthusiastically received by the community.

The development of the project involved the active participation of leading people in the community, who participated in several development workshops. The initiative was coordinated by Paracel, with the support of SENATUR.

As a result of the consultation and collective construction process, the seven principles that will give life to the new Paso Horqueta Beach were identified, including the conversation about the environment; the creation of roads and accesses to reach the beach; the design of unique spaces that will change with the seasons, among others.

The initiative responds to the Paracel Community Relations and Social Investment Program, with the objective of promoting local development and promoting the close link between communities and the company and supporting the improvement of local infrastructure. On the other hand, the infrastructure improvement project for the Paso Horqueta municipal beach seeks to support the “Master Plan for Sustainable Development of the Tourism Sector of Paraguay 2019-2026", implemented by SENATUR.

Paracel and SENATUR renew agreement

In addition, Paracel renewed a framework agreement with SENATUR, with the objective of developing programs and projects to strengthen tourism in the department of Concepción.
