Paracel presents its Fourth Sustainability Report for the 2025 period, reaffirming its commitment to transparency, continuous improvement, and the creation of shared value for people, communities, and the environment. The document brings together the key progress, lessons learned, and challenges that defined the year.

During 2025, the company reached significant milestones in environmental, social, and governance matters. Among them, it expanded its sustainable forest certification to 180,792 hectares, dedicated 87,000 hectares to conservation (equivalent to 42% of its total land area), reduced forest fire outbreaks by 52%, and completed the validation and verification audit for its ARR carbon project. Additionally, its 14 social programs benefited more than 22,000 people across 11 districts in the Concepción and Amambay departments, a 24% increase over the previous year.

The year also marked the start of Paracel's first double materiality analysis, a step that strengthens the understanding of the organization's impacts on its surroundings and the factors that can influence the business, consolidating an increasingly integrated approach to sustainability management.

In this regard, Latifi Chelala, Director of Communication and Social Sustainability, highlighted that “sustainability is not about achieving perfection. It is about improving continuously and doing so with transparency.” For his part, Flavio Deganutti, CEO of Paracel, noted that “each report is much more than an exercise in transparency: it is a commitment to continuous improvement.”
