Paracel signs Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Concepción

Paracel continues to consolidate itself as a strategic ally in social development in the department of Concepción, through the signing of an agreement with the Government of Concepción.

Within the framework of the alliance, on Thursday, November 21, an official event was held at the headquarters of the Government of Concepción, which was attended by the President of the Republic, Santiago Peña, as well as local and national authorities.

During the event, Paracel's commitment to strengthening the National System for the Protection and Integral Promotion of Children and Adolescents also materialized, through initiatives that improve the infrastructure of the Municipal Councils for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (Codeni) and promote activities such as awareness-raising workshops, community dialogues and awareness campaigns.

The signing of the agreement was signed with the Government of Concepción, which aims to promote opportunities for sustainable development in communities in the Paracel area of influence. She was in charge of Paracel's Director of Communication and Social Sustainability, Latifi Chelala, and the Governor of the Department of Concepción, Liz Natalia Meza.

This agreement will allow the joint execution of projects aimed at improving the quality of life, promoting community participation and ensuring respect for human rights. Among the commitments undertaken, Paracel will provide logistical and material resources, while the Government will facilitate citizen participation and the necessary technical support.

These actions reaffirm Paracel's role as a key actor in sustainable development and social welfare in the department of Concepción, marking a new chapter in its mission to contribute to the integral progress of the region. In addition, during the day, important community projects and awards were presented as part of the visit of the President of the Republic, highlighting the joint work between the public and private sectors to generate a positive impact on communities.
