Paracel benefited more than 22,000 people in 2025 through its social programs

With the implementation of its social programs, Paracel reached 10 of the 14 districts of the Department of Concepción and the district of Bella Vista, in Amambay, positively impacting more than 22,000 people in its area of influence. In this way, the company surpassed the milestones achieved in the previous year.

The company contributes to the region's social and economic well-being through 14 social programs, prioritizing access to basic services (water, electricity and roads), food security, income generation and public health. These actions reflect a vision of development centered on people, recognizing their knowledge, needs and potential.

Among the outstanding interventions in 2025, 409 families accessed water service, of which 59 did so for the first time and 350 benefited from the improvement of the distribution system in their communities. In addition, 246 families benefited from the access and distribution of electrical energy.

‍

Food safety continues to be a priority for the company, which supports 261 producers in the generation of food. This work made it possible to produce more than 91,000 kilograms of food for self-consumption and more than 124,000 kilograms for rent, helping to improve the income of participating families. In addition, the production of 403 liters of honey in three indigenous communities stands out: Vy'a Renda, Takuarita and Takuarendyju.

In the area of community health and safety, Paracel works together with 11 Family Health Units, reaching more than 3,087 people in its area of influence. In addition to this, medical and awareness-raising days developed together with the Paraguayan Red Cross and PRONASIDA, focused on sexual health, family planning and HIV/AIDS prevention, reaching more than 779 people, with an emphasis on children, women and indigenous peoples.
