Paracel accompanied the technical panel for the elaboration of the Departmental Route for the prevention of violations of the rights of children and adolescents

Within the framework of cooperation with the Ministry of Children and Adolescents (MINNA), Paracel actively participated in the technical panel for the development of the Departmental Route for the prevention of violations of the rights of children and adolescents in the Department of Concepción.

This space, led by MINNA, within the framework of the Paracel Community Health and Safety Program, brought together representatives of key institutions that work for the well-being of children and adolescents:

• Codeni's from five districts of the department

• National Secretariat for the Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities (SENADIS)

• Ministry of Social Development — Tekoporã Program

• Ministry of Education and Science — Departmental Directorate of Education

• Judicial Power

• Ministry of Children and Adolescents — Abrazo Program

• Paraguayan Red Cross — Concepción Branch

• Technical Pedagogical Support Supervisions of the MEC

The main objective of this initiative was to develop a Departmental Route that establishes a clear circuit of inquiries, complaints and referrals in situations that violate the rights of children and adolescents. This tool seeks to strengthen inter-institutional coordination and ensure an effective and timely response in the territory.

Paracel reaffirms its commitment to the protection of children and adolescents and the strengthening of communities in its area of influence.
