Signing of an agreement between Paracel and the Ministry of Children and Adolescents (MINNA)

Paracel and the Ministry of Children and Adolescents (MINNA) signed a cooperation agreement, with the objective of consolidating actions to strengthen the National System for the Protection and Integral Promotion of Children and Adolescents of MINNA, in the department of Concepción.

Paracel will invest resources in improving the infrastructure of the Codenis, in order to support the specialized services offered by these councils, in the department of Concepción.

In addition, it is planned to develop activities aimed at citizens in general, through awareness-raising workshops, talks, regional forums, community dialogues and continuous training sessions, thus supporting the decentralization of services related to the promotion of these rights. It is also planned to create and disseminate awareness-raising campaigns to inform and promote the rights of children and adolescents, their families and communities.

In this regard, Paracel and MINNA will continue to strengthen ties in search of strengthening inter-institutional cooperation, with a view to protecting the rights of children and adolescents.

On behalf of the state entity, the Minister of Children and Adolescents, Walter Gutiérrez, signed the framework agreement, while, on behalf of Paracel, the Director of Communication and Social Sustainability, Latifi Chelala, and the Director of Finance and Accounting, Marcos Kosman, did so.
