Entrepreneurs from Concepción participated in the training and inspiration event “From dreams to achievements”, promoted by Paracel

As part of the Paracel Local Supplier Development Program, last Tuesday, October 15, 2024, the event “Conception: From Dreams to Achievements” was held, bringing together 44 entrepreneurs from the region.

The event was attended by the outstanding participation of coach Leticia Martínez Insfrán, who gave an inspiring talk entitled “Transforming Challenges into Opportunities: The Power of Soft Skills”. In addition, two businessmen who participated in the 2023 edition of the program shared their experiences: Francisco Caballero, Business Manager of Yerba Mate Fortuna, who said: “All good ideas and good business come from connecting with others and creating community”; and José Chamorro, owner of the restaurant Lo de Ganso Food, who emphasized: “Paracel helped us from the start and thanks to that, today we can say that we are a food company”.

Closing the event, a discussion was held with both entrepreneurs, where attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences. The day culminated in a networking dynamic that resulted in the creation of a collaborative mural entitled “Building Connections”, whose objective was to promote collaboration between companies and the generation of opportunities.

Paracel, through its social programs such as the Local Supplier Development Program, promotes actions that have a positive impact on the socio-economic development of the region, collaborating in the formation and formalization of potential Paracel supplier companies, which in turn can supply to other industries.
